Getting a good price is the easy bit. Knowing where a container is three weeks after it sails, and why it's running late, is harder. After 20-plus years in global commodity trading, that second skill is the one we've worked hardest on.
Day to day, we sit between growers, processors and factories on one side and the businesses buying from them in bulk on the other. Think wholesalers, importers, distributors, retailers, hotel and restaurant groups. A few order one container a season. Others want something landing every month. Both are fine by us.
Trading commodities across borders means things will go sideways now and then. A vessel slips its schedule, a certificate comes back in the wrong format, prices jump overnight. When that happens, you'll hear it from us first.

What documents come with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Origin, a Certificate of Analysis for each lot, and a phytosanitary or health certificate wherever one is needed.
Are your products Halal certified?
Halal-certified products are available in the relevant categories, including meat, poultry and many food lines. We send the producer's certificate with your quote, so you can check it before ordering.
Can you pack products under my own brand?
Yes. We handle packaging design, labelling and repacking for retailers, distributors and new brands.
